Lakeshore Sparkle conducted a move out clean and did a fantastic job! The house looked as good as it did the first day we moved in. The cleaners arrived at the expected time and went above and beyond what was expected. We specified an extra level of cleaning within our oven. I barely recognized it after all was said and done! I plan to use their services in the future and plan on recommending all my family and friends!

Courtney from LakeshoreSparkle came to clean my house, and she truly brought the sparkle! Initially, there was a mishap with an employee who didn’t want to perform the job, but Courtney handled the situation professionally. She personally came back out to finish the job herself and made sure everything was done right. Her attention to detail and warm, welcoming personality made it a 5-star cleaning experience. Lakeshore Sparkle was able to squeeze me in a for move out. Cleaners were on time and cleaned the home, they were very through. Cleaners were very professional. At end of the clean we did final walk through. We were happy and so was our land lord. definitely recommend 10//10

Let this business know I was selling my home. Eli and Lydia went above and beyond to make my home look brand new for the listing pictures. They didn’t leave until everything was perfect. They made sure no minor detail was missed when cleaning including baseboards, air vents, microwave, inside of the stove, etc. Eli and Lydia were very personable. Made sure we were able to do a walk through around the house before leaving for the day.

Came into the office on Monday after our first cleaning on Saturday and the moment I walked in I could tell it had been cleaned by the smell!! Then I took a look around and was so pleased with how wonderful the offices looked! Great job and Ed is a very personable man!

Our childhood home in Herrin was due to be put on the market, and I was in town for a limited time. I called several companies, but they couldn't fit my time frame, or were over-the-top expensive. Courtney didn't blink an eye. She took care of everything. The house was deep cleaned in one day.(2300 spare feet), They cleaned every nook and cranny. All windows done, they spent 3 hours on the kitchen, including fridge/freezer and stove. the dis baseboards, polished all wood furniture, and walls where needed. The carpet crew came in and spent an entire day doing stain removal and shampoo. Then they spent half a day doing the basement floor. Thank you Courtney for giving our house the face-lift it deserved.
