Very Nice People.... I had them cleaned multiple units in the past and the owner did amazing. I think it becomes difficult when employees do the work because its not the same type of service. I recently hired them because my cleaning employee was slammed with other units, and I was very upset with the service, it'll be a 1 star if I didn't know the owner. Hopefully we can make this right soon. I just don't believe she would ever approve the level of cleaning that was performed.

Our service request was last minute and Lakeshore Sparkle was on the scene immediately to do a walk through and provide a quote. We needed our dorms and an additional building cleaned before students arrived with only 48 hours to complete the task. Lakeshore did a phenomenal job in such a short period of time!
